Fertility and Pregnancy
Fertility & Trauma-Informed PREGNANCY Support
Fertility challenges are not only medical experiences — they are emotional, neurological, and deeply personal journeys. Emerging research in psychoneuroimmunology shows us that chronic stress and unresolved trauma directly affect hormonal signaling, immune response, and reproductive function. When the nervous system is in survival mode, the body prioritizes protection over reproduction.
This is where targeted trauma work becomes essential.
When Fertility Is More Than Physical
Using evidence-based trauma modalities, such as EMDR AND BLAST, alongside my own highly successful RAFT method for navigating unconscious processes, somatic regulation, and integrative mind-body methods, we help clients:
Reduce fertility-related anxiety and hypervigilance
Process pregnancy loss and reproductive grief
Clear trauma linked to previous medical procedures
Regulate chronic stress patterns
Address subconscious fear around pregnancy or motherhood
Support hormonal balance through nervous system stabilization
HOW IT WORKS
Myself and my incredible team specialise in supporting women and couples navigating fertility difficulties, recurrent loss, IVF journeys, hormonal imbalances, and stress-related reproductive challenges. My work focuses on resolving the hidden emotional and nervous system factors that can silently impact reproductive health.
A Trauma-Specialist Approach to Fertility
I personally work with clients through their entire fertility journey, from concieving, to pregnancy and through post partum. I also work alongside my award winning team of therapists and specialists to provide a range of services through out your journey. Many of our fertility clients are either planning to conceive naturally or are undergoing IVF, IUI, or other medical interventions. role is not to replace medical care, but to optimise your internal environment — emotionally and physiologically — while you pursue it.
When the body feels safe, regulated, and supported, it functions differently and this is why we have such a high success rate.
